Some of you may have heard I am working on a continuation of the Santa Clara Coin Show.

I would like to invite you to this show held at the Santa Clara Convention Center, on August 16-19, 2012.

I feel the new Santa Clara Show will be a natural progression for someone who has organized shows in the past, and who can utilize this experience and customer/dealer contact information.

The show will consist of approx. 90 tables and 75 dealers.

A couple of changes will be:

1. The convention floor will be half the size of previous shows. Instead of both Halls C & D, we will utilize Hall C.

1. Given this change, the "spreading out" that has occurred over the past few shows may not be available.

1. Since space will be different, I am asking those who are interested to pay immediately to reserve their preferred space.

In most cases, the price point will be very similar to previous shows. We will use the same table numbering system.

We plan for a Thursday setup, with the public days on Friday-Sunday. Hours will be similar to the past.

Advertising will be thorough and extensive. Security will be the same party.

I hope you can join me for this show. If you decide to participate in this show, please fill out the attached application (below) and send immediately. Table reservations with full payment will be made on a first come-first served basis.

1. Bourse tables are reserved on a “first come – first served” basis. Returning dealers receive preference on table location.
2. Reservations /discounts will be granted with full payment of bourse fees, payable to “Portsmouth Square Coin & Bourse Company LLC”.
3. Cancellations made before February 5, 2012 will be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made February 5, 2012 or afterward will not be eligible for a refund.
4. Shared tables are available only by approval by the Bourse Chairman. Any and all individuals working at the table must be listed on the reverse side of this form.
5. 24 hour security will be provided from 12pm on Thursday, August  16, 2012 through 5pm on Sunday, August 19,  2012, however, dealer indemnifies and holds harmless Portsmouth Square Coin & Bourse Company LLC, Griffin Coins, and Scott Griffin, including their officers, directors, associates, employees, agents, and representatives from any loss, damage, injury, theft, mysterious disappearance of any merchandise, display materials exhibited, equipment, or other loss or liability of any kind or sort whatsoever.
6. Early Bird passes for Thursday evening / Friday morning will be sold for $75.
7. No vest-pocket or non-bourse activity will be permitted.
